Introduction

I am a certified SAP SD consultant (2001), based in Switzerland and have achieved the PMP certificate (PMI Standard) in 2010. 

I have more than 22 years experience in international SAP projects in Europe, UK, US, Canada, Mexico, Australia and China and work since 2010 as an independent contractor (freelancer).

My responsibilities have included Template creation, Roll-out activities, Process-Optimizations and operational Support in the positions of Project Lead/Manager, Sub-project Manager (SD, Purchasing), Stream Lead O2C, Team Lead Consultant (SD), Business Process Analyst (SD), Senior Consultant (SD, MM) and SD Coordinator.

I have managed successfully International Rollouts as Project Lead and accompanied several complete project cycles, mostly in O2C (SAP SD but also within IS-Retail and AFS environment). I am familiar with activities of Creation of Business Blueprints/Fit Gap Analysis and Technical Specifications, Customizing, Testing, Training, Migration, Cutover, Go-live, Post Go-live /User Support.

I have executed Process-Optimization Activities (EDI-Monitoring/Key User Concept) und worked actively in global IT Support Business operations (Incident Management + Troubleshooting/ Management Offshore-Support Partner/Change Management/ Analyze Processes/Improvements and provide solutions for ongoing project topics/IDOC- Transmissions/User Support+Coaching).
